Het Nederlands-Vlaams onderzoekscentrum voor kustconstructies is een samenwerkingsverband tussen de TU Delft, Universiteit Gent, Van Oord, Royal Boskalis Westminster, BAM en Deme. Het doel is gezamelijk onderzoek te initieren en uit te voeren op het gebied van constructies voor kustbescherming zoals havendammen, bodembeschermingen, dijkbekledingen en dergelijke.
